What is the policy on repair authorization and estimates?

All automotive repairs, parts replacements, and diagnostics performed by Najeeb's Auto Care LLC require verbal or written customer authorization before execution. Written repair estimates are provided after physical inspection or digital scan.

What warranties apply to replacement parts?

We use high-grade OEM and ceramic components. Installed replacement parts carry manufacturer warranties against defects. Customer-supplied parts are installed without labor warranty.

What are the vehicle pick-up and payment terms?

Vehicles must be retrieved within standard shop hours upon completion of repairs. Payment is due in full upon vehicle release via cash, major credit card, or approved debit card.
